Online Running Store To Check Out.

If you're like me, I don't have any decent store with a good selection of running gear so online is my best option. Ive been using The Running Warehouse for a few years. Their prices and customer service are great with free second day air shipping and free return shipping.
Give em a try!

Duathon 09 Championships Course Videos

Found these on youtube. Course preview of Duathlon Nationals. Take your motion sickness pills, I think the dude must have been riding a kangaroo or something.

Most of the run course looks pretty butt ugly and the roads look kind of crappy. The bike course doesn't seem too bad. Watch out for crap on the road and those huge expansion joints on the bridges!
If I'm healthy I hope to be there.

Copenhagnize Baby!

Its crappy and cold and snowy and I'm dying to ride outside! Just bored and reading the Copenhagenize blog. Check it out, some pretty cool stuff on it! Enjoy.

The "Screw Shoe"

Ok, get your minds out of the gutter;)
I don't know about where you live but the weather has been pretty sucky here thus far and we have had quite a few icy days that made running quite treacherous and unfortunately I don't have access to a treadmill for such days so the cheap solution is the "screw shoe".
Its remarkably easy to do and surprisingly effective!
