Most of the run course looks pretty butt ugly and the roads look kind of crappy. The bike course doesn't seem too bad. Watch out for crap on the road and those huge expansion joints on the bridges!
If I'm healthy I hope to be there.

The "Screw Shoe"
Ok, get your minds out of the gutter;)
I don't know about where you live but the weather has been pretty sucky here thus far and we have had quite a few icy days that made running quite treacherous and unfortunately I don't have access to a treadmill for such days so the cheap solution is the "screw shoe".
Its remarkably easy to do and surprisingly effective!
